Tips for Best Electronic Chess sets

Hello [insert your name here], I have been attempting to find a high-quality chess set that I can play against and possibly connect to chess.com for quite some time now. Does anyone know any reputable companies that sell such chess boards?

Have you considered you'll have to make all of your opponent's moves. You'll have to get off the board at the end of the game to win. It would save your eyes a lot of screen time. Some of the boards use lights to show your opponents moves which would be much faster. There's Square Off, Millenium, Chessnut Air, DGT.

Thx for your advice. I have considered all of these factors and they do not bother me too much. I am interested in Square Off's Grand Kingdom set but whenever I research whether they are fraudulent or not, I come across many negative reviews. Is Square Off truly a reputable company?

Decades ago there were quality electronic chess sets, like the KARPOV 2294...nowadays I'm not so sure...

I own the Karpov 2294. I love it. It takes size "C" batteries. It runs a hundred hours. Not that I've ever run it that long. I have two sets of pieces for it.

Most promising at the time looks the „Chessup“ board from Bryghtlabs. Can’t wait to have it - there is quite some delay with those first shipments tho :(

I use Chessnut Air. Works very well for online games on Chess.com and Lichess. It’s on the small side but works for me.
