How do we get IM NM or FM titles here? what's the criteria?

Here, you don't. You meet FIDE's criteria, obtain a title, and then verify with chess.com that you have the title and they'll display it for you. (And for at least IMs and GMs, provide a free diamond account. Maybe FMs too, but the chances of my personally needing to know that information is too low for me to bother looking it up. Sad!)
