My question is why use them? You’re not learning the game, it’s just a waste of time tbh. Even more importantly, why does chess.com allow this? I have reported so many cheaters in the past but it seems nothing is being done about it. In fact, if you are a paying customer I believe you have the option of getting help during a match. How is this chess?

Have you ever looked through your archive?
At least another dozen games were with opponents whose accounts were closed for cheating.
/ No you are not allowed to get help during games.
