What's RSI?
Too much bullet causes RSI?

I have had somewhat of a RSI for about 3 years now. Is it Carpal Tunnel, or something else? Maybe I can help. For me, I find that nothing related to changing your environment helps; Switch hands and the RSI will start in the other hand. Get a new mouse, and that won’t help either. The only thing you can do, in my experience, is take long and frequent breaks. Maybe every 30 mins take a 5 min break. (I programmed a program to help with this.) I could be wrong depending on your injury.Explain more.

Numbness, discomfort. Only (stopping using the mouse) shaking the hand vigorously helps for about 2 minutes.

I have a definate case of RSI in the right hand from too much bullet. Can anyone suggest a good mouse for playing bullet?
Correction: Bullet is a kind of chess, not masturbation

too much bullet causes death by multiple wounds.
Bullets don't result in wounds without a gun.

- get your position right in the first place: your hand should be in a natural, relaxed position (not overstretching, weird angle for your wrist, etc)
- while using your hand, is it very tense? Without knowing it you can hold your hand very stressed. Let it rest as often as possible.
- stand up regularly from your computer, shake the body a bit. Loosen up the arms. Do something else.
- while playing on the computer give your hand a rest. In bullet this is hard, but with 15/10 games or even 5/0 you dont have to hold your hand on the mouse continuously.
Ive had the numbness feeling a bit some years ago when I worked in an office. I started doing these things and I never had a problem ever since. But I think that is because I found out in time. If you are to late and the RSI/carpal tunnel syndrome is really there then you've got a very annoying problem.
Good luck! Enjoy the good feeling of rest you give to your hand! :)

ummm, how does someone know they play too much on line chess? RSI. No, seriously, it is believed that inbetween movement, squeeze a tennis ball. Somehow it's supposed to change the movement and relieve the pain.

Hey guys! I don't think it's caused because of bullet. A lot of people play thousans of bullets and their hands are ok. For example, me. I have played more than 6.500 bullet games in high level in another site and my hands haven't any problem! Maybe, that you are saying is caused from another reason...
