Today I was playing OTB blitz (3|2mins time control) tournament at our local chess club , just our local ratings and no FIDE or anything like that , just local(particularly this club ratings not our country national ratings or any thing like that).

After the game I had an argument with our tournament director and he said next time he will give me 0 points if I do this again !

Here is a story:

I was playing a game, was completely winning it ,(late middle-game early endgame), then both of us started to get low on time and I start making inaccuracies after which we reached endgame where my opponent had K+R and I had K+R + 2pawns it was similar to filidor position or lucena kind of, two of my pawns was on 6th rank one on c file and another on a file his king was in the corner.

We hit zeitnot both of us had like 3 or 4 seconds left and we were playing of increment, I looked at his time and he only had 1 second left and I had 3 so I started playing really fast and unfortunately almost lost on time trying figure out how to promote pawns, started moving even faster and lost one pawn and then second pawn shortly after. When it happened I glanced at his clock and only 1 second remaining again ! So I started playing on really fast with anger and disappointment of myself that I couldn't convert earlier and that I couldn't drop his flag before so now we both had just K+R K+R . After I lost both of my pawns I played another 2-3 moves and he offered a draw I continued playing (like I said earlier I was so angry at myself and disappointed etc..) , then we played another 4,5 move's and both of us now had like 12 seconds I continued, tournament director showed up I playing another 2,3 moves while he was watching and while he was telling us what the hell are you guys doing I didn't want to give up and I wanted to swindle the game or maybe I was still disappointed at myself I don't know I just want it to win so I continuedanother 2 moves and tournament director walks in and said right that's enough if you don't understand and grabs clock and switched it off!

Later we had an argument he said : you need to respect a player and everyone around you ! Next time you play like this I will give you 0 points instead of a draw!

My argument was: I said I'm not breaking any chess or tournament rules I'm allowed to play on and if you wanted to you could stop the game after 50 moves and claim it a draw, I said it's blitz and he was low on time I wanted to win.

He said my behavior was unethical and next tI'm I will just give you 0 pints and so on and he gave some other examples like what if I had side pawn and line king would I still play on I said no because he will get to the corner and I have nothing, but here I have a rook I can mate him or pin him so it's different.

So what are your thoughts is he allowed to just grab clock and turn it off?

You are allowed to play on in K+R vs. K+R.
The draw is achieved if either the 50-moves rule, or the 3-fold repetition rule triggers.
With 3|2 increment it is unlikely that any player loses on time.
I disapprove of the arbiter's decision to stop the game and call it a draw.

If it was either fide, or national rated tournament then without a doubt your allowed to play until 50 move or 3 fold repetition. This tournament sounds a bit more relaxed, and It's probably very frustrating if others are waiting to start the next round, and your wasting time because you got angry. If that's the case I approve of the arbiters decision to stop the game, even if it goes against official rules.
