I'm going to my first OTB tournament this weekend! But, what does this mean: 

FORMAT: 5SS, Game/120. U.S.C.F. Rated. U.S.C.F. membership is required.

4SS, G/5 d2 Blitz side event at 1:30pm on Sunday

5SS - Five Swiss System rounds.

Game/120 - Each player has 120 minutes.

U.S.C.F. Rated. U.S.C.F. membership is required. - If you are not a member you will have to join (pay) when you get there.

G/5 d2 - Each player has 5 minutes with a two second delay/increment.

SS means Swiss System. I see. Now, I'll read what that is. I guess it means, I'll play 5 games, right?

yes you play 5 games whether you win, lose or draw.
