These great suggestions has been suggested so many times, and im sure both features is coming up, but i can imagine its hard to make, so it will maby take some time, alot of other things is also coming up here at chess.com :)
Tournaments and Chess960 in Live Chess

I think this server should implement chess960 into live chess. I know that it would affect the rating systems, but rather than making a chess960 bullet, chess960 blitz and chess960 standard, you could just make 1 rating for all of chess960 games. Or you could go ahead with all 3 if it turns out that popular.
I also think that tournaments should be added to live chess. You could add restrictions (such as you must be a member to join a tournament), but the tournaments could start at a certain time and players face off in either rated or unrated games, depending on how it is set. You could even possibly consider letting diamond members create their own tournaments, though that would make things very difficult and complicated.
I know it might sound like it's just copying ChessCube or FICS, but it would be reasonably popular so why not?
