Click the help button ask for a manual report follow the instructions and submit a screenshot they should reply within a few days if they don't just check if he user was banned they should be banned or muted

You click on their name, and use the exclamation mark icon to report them for "Verbal Abuse/Cursing and Trolling"
While it's important to report these people, it's likely the exact user and even this forum may be locked or removed since public accusations aren't allowed.

You probably should've just reported the person for verbal abuse instead of posting about it here as many have described it isn't allowed to publicly accuse people on chess.com

Best to report or block this sint an extreme case just trolling mostly manually report if you really need someone to get looked at but this case and most just report then block
