Training Metod

Do an intense study of endgames. Start off with Averbakh's Endgame Essentials for your first endgame book then move onto Nunn's Understanding Chess Endings and Minev's Practical Rook Endings. You'll also want to do some tactical study to train your observation and calculation skills.
Shereshevsky's Endgame Strategy is a good book, but you should develop a basic theoretical foundation first.
Hi guys. I'm 12 years old and I want to become GM. Right now I don't have training method and I'm not that motivated, [what i would really like (if u have some help on that question)] what I need to do to improve? How much time I need to spend on openings, traps, tactics, books, endgames...? I would like your answer. :)
