No. It doesn't work like that. If you ask 2200s, most of them will say they don't exactly know.
so they are dumb sorry to say that, cause You know whats not working if you are at that level, you act like an expert at every topic, but even if they dont know and they want to improve they do openings tactics equally and study games, try to find new ideas etc. they have to know what to do : )

I regret to say that this is a scam. A true 268 beginner even will spend 10 hours on ChessMood, ChessTempo, and Chess.com Rapid every day for 2 years. They will not exceed 1100 rating.

what's you problem i did the same thing in 3 years!!!
even tho i barely play chess because of study
if you didn't reach that that doesn't mean nobody can do it
literally if you ask in 2200 player how much it took you he will say 2-5 years
like if he said i did that in 6 months then that is too sus
he thinks he is 2000 and he is a god and everyone should listen to him 
In this video I showed my training plan how I got from 268 to 2150 in 2 years, do you think the training plan I put there is relevant for everyone, of course some people have less time to train or don't want to. But it worked for me and my brother, that is two people : ).
