How to train children to chess tournaments?

Well, five students from my school qualified for the final of chess sao paulo, but I think these students are not really ready for this decision.

How do I think I should train them for they really alcaçarem a good level?

How much time do you have? How old are they?

I have 14 years;My students have 8 years.

Do they have access to computers?  Chesskid is supposed to be good for kids that age. https://www.chesskid.com/

They have articles and lessons designed for kids that age. (Although they are in English)
