Tricking in bullet when losing!!(Desperado)

Nicely timed! Had 36...Rf8 occurred instead (one move earlier), stalemate would not have been possible with the same series of rook moves.

But then if the White king gets to d5 via e6,, there would not be stalemate.

All I see is premoving desperately. You can remove the game url in pgn then people wouldn't know that it was a premove. 

It was a premove, check timestamp, 4.4 sec before and exactly 4.4 sec after the move.  

I thought about 4 seconds for that move (from 8 seconds remaining to 4 seconds remaining before that move. ) 

Yes. I said it would have been more impressive if it wasn't a premove
