truly learning illegal moves (king) before playing otb

i had a recent game where it was a pawn endgame and realized how dependent i was one the automated "buzz" sound for an illegal move

this got me thinking, there is probably no way i could play an otb game under tournament conditions without making an illegal king move (in fact i rely on the "buzz," especially on the daily game analysis board to plot my moves)

is there a way to disable this feature? or better yet, a way to target this glaring gap in understanding the basic rules?

lol- might do that

not only the king but bishops trying to capture on the wrong diagonal or "seeing" knight moves which dont exist
