Two big bugs in the Android app

Bug #1: I had a winning position and just moved once. But the opponent just stood there and move nothing. So I went back to the homepage (without killing the game program) for around 1 minute. However, when I opened the game again, saying that I lost by resigned. However I didn't resign. If I dropped my internet connection, shouldn't it say "I gave up" instead of I resigned? I have encountered it for 3-4 times. Bug#2: When I was clicking "new 10 min" it just ignores my preference when choosing opponent. I selected "-25~infinity" but It sometimes give me a rating 200 lower than me. What's more, I cannot abort the game even if I don't move. There are only one option--resign, and this scenario should occur after my first move.

I don't hear any bugs, just user error. Don't minimize your screen. If you are that ADD get medicine and stop playing chess.
