Then Ke6?  Mate cannot happen in 2?

1. bxe7, be8 2. Qxd6, Kf7.  No mate in two?

How about:

 1. bg2, xd6.  2. Qe1#?

Bg2 looks good.  If f4 Bh3#.  If Bg8 Bd5#.  If exf6 Nf8#.  Very pretty finishes.
