Unpopular opinion: No Castling Chess is better than Freestyle Chess

I think games are more exciting in this variant. Buettner should have promoted this instead of Chess 960. What do you guys think?

No castling is just the same as both players castling same sides where almost none of the time you can’t attack each other. Chess 960 is random and throws away all the opening prep which can make crazy stuff happen.
