Unsportsmenship 1- Park the bus when the opponent is low on time

Here are an example which my opponent use "Park the bus" strategy when I was low on time. However, justice is done as the opponent lost instead of me.
More than 90% of my opponents refuses to attack and want to wait for me either blunder or run out of time. They don't play real chess.
