Just to note, the games in that group, and the similar ones played on ICC, do not change OTB ratings. There are separate rating pools: Online Blitz and Quick.

I think the uscf still has online blitz tournaments where you're rated as if it were otb blitz. fide is also doing the online rating stuff but you probably already know that. But that might not be what you're going for. It sounds like you want a real otb standard rating, slow, classic time controls. A real rating.
