The USCF doesn't use RD values in rating calculations. It uses total effective number of games played. Time gaps have no impact.

I have noticed that after a large time gap since my last rated game, there is bigger rating jumps for wins/losses in chess.com.
Anyone know that this is the same with USCF also? i.e. if I play a rated game after a 2 year gap, will the rating jumps be higher than if I were playing without that gap?
Thanks
