Very tired

I wanted to increase my chess skills and i became premium member, i started playing every day 1-2 hour trainings, i'm doing this 1-2 months and i have no results, my rating was 1470 and now it's 1280, i'm little dissapointed.

Einstein said insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Just playing is unlikely to make you better. You need to think about how you study. Unfortunately progress in chess is rarely a straightforward path.  I'm sure you know more about tactics now than when you started even if the numbers say otherwise.  A month or two is not all that long a time.  Sometimes you can plateau or even go backwards while your brain is processing all this new information you're feeding it.  Hang in there and things will turn around.
