VERY VERY POOR SIGNAL

Hey guys? I hope you're doing just fine. I have a question over how to overcome the bad signal when I play?? there is truly very bad connection while I'm playing so I lost dozens of points just cuz of this. any solutions???

It is probably your local connection that is causing the problem.

Let me guess. You are playing on a phone via wifi.

I play on my phone via wifi. Zero problem.

Wifi is only part of the equation and one prson's wifi can be less efficient or more congested than another's. Any of the hops between the client and the Chess.com Live servers can cause problems. If you are playing via the website, and not the app, then the following two things might be of assistance.
