Oh yeah. I almost forgot. If you have not seen my streams I do not stream using camera input.

Sorry to those wanting to see me.

BUT REMEMBER- heavy breathing and silence probably means I fell asleep.

or maybe a loud bang sound lmao

Longest for me has been around 7 hours.ย  Then I had like an hour off and then played another 5-ish straight hours again.ย  Did that, more or less, for three days in a row for a tournament and was exhausted by the end.ย  =P

OTB is fine. You get to take "breaks" when your opponents take time. In that case I have played chess 14 hours (not straight). The Indiana scholastic state championships. 6 or 7 rounds. 6 AM to 8 PM. like 30 minute breaks between each round; it varies depending on how long your game went. G60 D10.

ย

Funny thing heh, in 2016 I qualified for the "championship" section with a 200 rating. I was the lowest by 600 points. I don't even know how I qualified. Went 3/5 in the qualifier.

By the way, if you are American how come you put the date the proper way round instead of the usual silly 11/17/2018?!

My parents are from India this is how my mom taught me when I was 5. lol I hate it when people write it in month/day/year. It gets so confusing, especially when the day and month are under 12.

I learned from the computer. As a business owner, it is simply faster for me to look at the bottom right of my screen and, for example, copy down 11-16-18 instead of wasting time switching it around. I would also say that it is "November sixteenth of twenty-eighteen", so it makes sense for me.

Makes sense to me to have them in increasing order of size - day then month then year!ย  But then that's how I've always been brought up to do it.ย  Scrambling them in an unsorted manner just looks odd.
