Well Done Chess.com!

I played a rapid match, and after around 20 moves, I decided to resign, having been thoroughly outplayed.

Ran it through the game review, and my opponent's accuracy was 99.3 %! Checked the guy's other stats, and they had numerous similar accuracies. 99%+

I reported it to Chess.com as cheating, and within two hours, I received a message stating that their account had been closed for "Fair Play", and I was credited with 50 points.

Why cheat?

Thanks, Chess.com, for being on it. Sad it happens though.

Same reason high rated players smurf. They do it for their own amusement and don't think about how it feels to their opponents or the affect it has on the community.
