Tisdall - Improve your chess or something,... Stepping Stone has some weight in it.
what are some good books on thought process

I like Jonathan Tisdall's Improve Your Chess Now as well, although it is perhaps even more advanced than Think Like a Grandmaster. Andrew Soltis's book How to Choose a Chess Move is slightly easier.
just as the title says im looking for some good books on thought process for people releativly new to chess. think like a grandmaster is a classic but i've heard its a bit advanced does anyone know of any books on the subject that are more for beginners?
