What are the best chess books

Hello everyone, I am a 1400 USCF rated player looking to improve rapidly using books. In reality I think my playing strength is actually 1650. Some books I am most likely be getting are:

• My Best Games of Chess, 1908-1937, 21st Century Edition by Alexander Alekhine
• Dynamic Chess Strategy: New Edition of a Modern Classic by Mihai Suba
• Judgment and Planning in Chess by Max Euwe
• Maneuvering: The Art of Piece Play by Mark Dvoretsky

  How to choose a chess move by Andy Soltis
• The Art of Defense in Chess

What books should I get other than these/ should I get these books. Also I would prefer to get books based on themes that I am weak at like forming a plan, calculation, exploiting weaknesses. etc.

(P.S. my tactics rating on chess.com is 1900 so I am pretty good and can also use tactics trainer here instead of buying a book)
