I'm currently sitting around 1900 and 1800 Fide.
The books I am diligently working through or have plans to work through are the following.
This is my goal to work through these for 3 to 4 hours a day over the course of 2024.  I feel like this will give me a well rounded approach to my chess.  I am lucky that I own all of these books as well!

What are you reading?  And what is your rating goal?

I've read Simple Chess twice. I think it is a great book! I think everyone should ready it!

I think you overdo on books. Play and analysis is more important.

'Chess books should be used as we use glasses: to assist the sight,
although some players make use of them as if they thought they conferred sight' - Capablanca

'In order to improve your game, you must study the endgame before everything else.'
- Capablanca

You should start using SCID vs PC with Caissabase. It's more efficient.
