Black right now but that is proabably only because my repetoire for black is in much better shape then for white.

Black for me, because so many e4 players are terrible in the French, and I love closed positions and the open c-file...

I prefer black, simply because the energy absorbed (most is reflected from white) creates a slight heat increase, and I like heated pieces
