I rejoined chess..com about 10 days ago,never got a receipt In my email and never got a reply from them even though I used the report a problem link.
Is your problem that you need a receipt?
When you say you used the "report a problem link", do you mean you used the contact email form?

In the future, you might increase the chance that a staff member would see your thread by posting it in "Help and Support", rather than "General Chess Discussions."
