What do you do about Players that spam message you about investing

It is not allowed to publicly accuse players. Just report them for spam, block them and mute them during the game, and move on

This person did it to me. I didn't want to reply to a message THEN... they stopped playing and blocked me because I stopped replying about investing and managing a portfolio.

1) Why post non-chess.com problems that you are having on a chess.com forum???
2) If you don't want to get spammed with messages, find the setting that allows you to block them completely while you are playing. If the site, or in your case app, doesn't have that setting, find somewhere else to play.
