I rarely lose against them. I offer a rematch to that guy :D
What do you feel when you lose against a VERY low rated player?

I also only lose when i multitask or when iam sleep-deprived or iam in bad form... must avoid all these 3

300-400 points below you - it can definitely happen. Just so long as it doesn't happen too often (which may well mean foul play at some point).

It means that you seriously messed up OR that someone is using an engine to help them.
Look at the game and see where you went wrong. If you played strongly and they just got you anyhow, then you did your best. Ratings aren't special magic charms that guarantee wins.

What? Ratings don't guarantee wins?

Annoyed if it turns out they're a strong player who just hasn't played enough to be rated correctly and I've just flushed a hundred-odd rating points down the tubes because the system thought I was 50-1 on to win.
I had a close dice with someone who played suspiciously well for his rating (that had been established over hundreds of game) against me and no better than meh against opponents close to his own rating, but fortunately managed to pull that out of the fire in what should have been a dead drawn rook and pawn ending.

If it is 3 days per move and you play a good game and still lose they are probably a cheater or someone who should have higher rating but he has lost a lot of points because of timeouts

I have lost a game to a 1400 player in online chess ( 500 points below me ) , but it turned out he was actually 2100 FIDE.

everybody has off days and no one is invincible. I don't "feel" anything if I lose a random game or two. at most no more than annoyed at myself. if it's a pattern of regular losses I use that as motivation to figure out why.

I mean, who is 300-400 points lower than you.
No idea, because i play the board, not the rating. If i lose to someone rated lower, it happens.
