Usually nothing. Maybe a good game after the fact. Unless it was some one who dragged the game on and on even though they were in a losing position long before. I recently told a guy when I was like over 20 points in materiel ahead and he only had a king and maybe two pawns "whoa dude, you missed it! You could have just mated me and you let it go!" I figure players who drag it on and on are masochists and like some abuse so why not give a little more.
Maybe we should play "numbers". I will say a number (lets say "5") if you say "6" then you can say a number (lets say "8") if I say "9" I get to say a number.

I never say anything....although if they take too long I have the uncontrollable urge to scream 'JUST RESIGN DAMMIT!"
Afterwards I always I say 'Good game' or 'gg' and when they don't return it, I know i should have said something -_-
I once played somebody who was one move away from mating me with several queens. They asked me if had any dying wishes. I told them that my king was hungry and needed some food. I got a queen. Few moves later, checkmated. xD
