It's not used on the website (you can add it onto moves though) and rarely appears in formal play. It generally has two meanings:
1. A strange move that is difficult to evaluate.
2. A move that's a blunder (or otherwise accomplishes nothing) if your opponent sees the refutation, but is very powerful if they don't.
