what does Starts when full: 30/50 in league

I am too facing this situation , first I thought that it would go away in like some days bur days have passed and it's not going away . I could have entered elite league till now.

Finally had time to get to play more chess for league and then the 30/50 shows up :/ really hope it promotes me.

I'm trying to find out for sure but if you're still on the division from last week when it bugged, you may need to leave leagues, rejoin, and play a game to get added to a new division.

I've been gridning ti stay first in Crystal league and I kept the 1st place till the end of the week but it say new league starts when full and it says 30/50 and I still haven't promoted to new league

I don't think that rejoin the league would fix this but i refuse to leave ;D

I receive the same message and my score is not assigned any more. I can still play with random players but the total score has not changed for days

It means you have an attachment to League(s)

Believe me, it takes few months to reach Legend. Not a big deal. And who cares!! it is not at all a serious issue.
League concept is a Condolence Prize for those who did not get 2500 in life. The people will be busy to crawl those leagues and lose their ratings (In most cases) 
Bottom line
Focus on the Chess.

Close your eyes. And think for a while. If there was no league, Won't you play chess?

Leave and rejoin and play a blitz or bullet untill it fixes that how I fixed it

He was struggling to get better in bullet. But he is losing random games. 
I found one thing important, in bullet, one has to be brave.

One player he played 56027 games Omg Omg
Now his rating is 642 in bullet;.
I just won against him.
really funny.
God forbid. I won't go that level of wasting my time haha

It's the same in my league.

Didn't you lose bullet having lots of minutes? (two minutes ago)
