what happens after b4? Won't e4 pawn be lost?

May I know where should I put my knight from c3 to after b4? And perhaps some continuations? I'm not sure about these

I think after 8-...b4 position is equal,White has compensation due to more activity of his pieces,on the other hand  Black's position is solid and he has extra material
