There is now way to tell. The best are like FM’s and the worst are the people who don’t even know the rules for the game
if you are 250 then i have no idea since no chess player has been living for that age
and no statistics i've found for an average rating for 10 yrs old players

There is no specific rating for any age, all you can do is learn and put time in to improve and see how far you get 😁
no clue but i agree with stumpy just keep fighting the war and pushing yourself
