This means every team player gets it? In my tournament it says the teams above 50% teams will get it

Tran event usually have team placement and individual board placement.

Because there are 4 boards

So does that mean you have to score more points than the other team to win it or you just have to score more than the guy/girl in board 1(if you're board 2)
