No math genius here, so bear with me on this. 
Say you've played 10 games and you let the time run out on 2 of them. That would be a timeout ration of 20%, which is a little high and might disqualify you from some tournaments. The good news is the stats are only kept for the last 3 months so you can always clean up the ratio in a fairly short amount of time.
