No...bxe3 is a pawn capture. It means the b pawn captures on e3 what ever was there. The thing is that the b pawn can't fly on e3 unless it becomes d or f , so perhaps it was Bxe3
As Bishop_g5 implied, I think it is a capitalization error by the OP.
The move, evaluated as a blunder by a computer, should be notated as Bxe3, which tells you that you captured a piece or pawn on the e3 square with your (dark squared) bishop.
