what is the best opening for white and black for someone that is rated 600?

Hey guys I’m kinda a beginner to chess and I’ve only been playing for a few months. But now that my rating has tanked to 600, I was wondering… what is the best opening for white and black for someone of my rank. I will use your response and see if it works or not. Thanks!

At the lower levels in chess, your enjoyment of the game and your enthusiasm for it are your biggest assets. You haven't yet developed your tactical or strategic skills; but you can be just as enthusiastic about chess as a top-ranking player.
I would suggest choosing your openings on THAT basis... play something that leads to positions you will enjoy. If you like open games and quick confrontations, play a gambit line. If you prefer maneuvering, and only striking once you already have the advantage in hand, then play more solid and semi-closed openings.
