What is the highest rating a first gamer has had, or in your opinion could have?

Is there any record of a genius beating an established player on their first ever attempt at a game of chess?
Do you think there is someone out there so gifted that in their first game after learning the rules they would defeat a 2000 ELO player?
I doubt that a person could ever start with a rating of over 1k after only playing one game. There are certainly many incredible people in the world, but no matter who it is it would take a few games before they would properly understand the game.
