What is the LOWEST accuracy possible to play in chess?

I experimented on the Martin Bot the other day to see what the lowest accuracy I could possibly play against it was and the lowest I got was 28.3. Can anyone else do better? (Or worse, I should say?)

Possible? 0. If you don't make moves or its abandoned. Lowest if the game is played, you'd need to ask Worstfish.

I got 3% accuracy vs martin’s 15%
