In general, an ideal coach is one that helps you improve

that's it!

I know I'm oversimplifying things a little but as long as you keep that in mind you should be able to figure out what's best for you

well chess.c the level no is important because when you won they give a low points. but if you lost they give higher points to enemy. Don't exist the justo.
