What is the worst opening?

Please share any idea. I feel like I am bad at good openings because I practice them a lot but more I practice them the more worse I get with good openings. So I have decided to learn some of the worst openings so that I practice them and with time would become worse with them which in turn can help me not making worse openings

moving the outer ponds first

I agree with that, as well as moving your King Bishop Pawn and then moving your King out in the open.  Had no clue why someone would do that but played against someone who did.  Moved his King all over the place.  Easy to beat.

lol Roman Dzindzichasvilli made an absolutely hilarious video on the Sicilian Wing Gambit in which he proclaimed it the worst opening for white. It was incredible. Somewhere in the videos section on this site, although you would have to have an advanced membership.
