What is this "tactic" called?

A pin is a piece attacking two pieces with the greater value piece hidden behind the weaker value piece. A skewer is the same but the weaker value hidden behind the great value piece. What is it called when both pieces are the same or carry roughly the same value (bishop and knight)?

Edit: I've changed the board layout to better illustrate the question removing a defensive position for black. Thanks EscherehcsE, Chess_com_syndrome and jerry1228 for pointing out the issue with the setup.

We should call it either a "skin" or a "piewer". ;)

BTW, you should move either the f5 knight to e4, or the g6 knight to h7. As it stands now, either knight can move to, say e7 and save the day.

Thanks for the correction to the setup. Still interested to see if it has a name.
