I have beaten plenty of players that have either resigned or abandoned before any moves were made, but the fastest win I've had in a legitimate game was two moves. My friend, who lacks at chess skills, to be polite about it, fell into the Fool's Mate, and I can swear on my heart that I did not influence his lousy opening choice.

One of my fastest was today, in 5 moves. He was probably expecting the usual 4.d4.
