What is your most riskiest gambits that work?

The riskiest gambit is to wait for your oponent to hang his pieces, if it happens it always works and I win XD

falkbeer countergambit works insanely well you can't believe how many players fall for a counter gambit on moves 2/3/4... very basic stuff
