1600? To be honest around 1100-1200 in my opinion. There are some good moves but also some less good ones from both sides which I'm sure a decent engine would charitably describe as "inaccurate" at best.
I saw this guy playing a while ago, I saved the game on my computer and I analysed it, I saw he had mostly excellent & good moves. Is he considered ok in chess?
