Very true very true, I think this is right, but, I started chess 15 months ago and I’ve already hit a 1560 in bullet at one point

Local standards vary. In my city, a 13 year old who is over 1200 will be near the top of their age group. Across the state in Seattle, they will be the one whom the top players must beat to get challenging pairings in later rounds.

So for most 13 year olds, age is irrelevant. My statement was true for more people than yours.

The question is how good should someone be at 13. Age does not matter. You are as good as you want to be at any age.

Good local player. For my area that would be a good local player. Maybe you know his locality a bit better and what would be deemed as good by the locals. Perhaps globals?

A persons age should have nothing to do with their rating it is all based on chess skill and chess practice.

Ur rating is so good i am 16 years old and my rating is 1000 in bulet
I am 12 and 1500 rapid and bullet. I think this is decent. Also for 10yrolds 1300
I’m as good at bullet but 1100 blitz and 1200 rapid at the age of 11
