Resign. This is hopeless.
Actually ... KIng to e5 queen to e1 . KIng to d4 , queen to a1 , king to d5 and either way after that you can easily create a draw. So while there is no hope for white in winnig there is hope for a draw
K+Q vs K+N is an easy win, correct.
There are still some interesting tactical points to note, although it's nowhere close to being enough for the K+N to save the game.
First, if time is short (eg: a Bullet game) then the player with the K+Q should keep his King and Queen on different-colored squares (eg: King on Black, Queen on White) in order to completely eliminate any chance of stumbling into a Knight fork.
Second, putting K+Q on the same color square is safe if there is a single square between then diagonally. No Knight fork is then possible.
And third, a properly positioned Knight can prevent any Queen checks to his King... although that defense collapses when the K+Q player brings up his King to break the blockade.

The 3rd position is an easy win too.
White brings up his king, forces the knight and king to separate and then wins the knight.
Correct. Though In this position if K+Q wanted to win the king and queen would have to pair up to defeat the knight. If queen just takes it is a draw
Also , as long as the king of K+N player stays near the center of the board even if the knight gets captured the king can survive and has 2 choices. Try to continue the game to infinity or go for draw by repititon
Lagomorth .Not really , Remember white can draw so it is really not a easy win. It is knowing what to do in response to whites movements for black.
While this one didnt lead to K+N vs K+Q it is intresting to me that sometimes when you are planning an endgame even if your opponent does not know you want to do that they might accidentally Do the addiquite response to stopping it
I think the most tricky one is the rook vs knight.... it's immensely complicated and the player with the knight needs to be very careful to not go into the corners
Most of the time (just like B vs R) this is drawn.
What would you do as white in this situation
