I had an incredible 138 streak in puzzles, does that make me a good player? NO.. But it does show how someone can have tactical experience. I noticed in puzzles a high percentage of the time the end game is at hand do to the other side blundering, if you can notice the other players mistake, you have a huge advantage. Your game will always improve if you can spot your opponents mistakes and exploit it. After all it only takes one. (Also putting this here because i'm new to the site and wanted the badge, also, also, my team "The Slow Ninjas" needs members and a few leaders. "The Slow Ninjas" Open to all! Link at bottom)

965 best streak (normal puzzles), is it the best? Is the number how much I gained elo or did I actually get so many in a row? 😱 I switched to classic mode from the tiers so I didn't see the actual streak number. I noticed that best streak mention on the puzzles page much later, I couldn't believe it & I still don't believe that it could be the actual number of puzzles in a row. But yeah I do remember a looong streak. At that point I had switched tactics to only completing puzzles if absolutely sure it is the right answer and not randomly guessing. After I went back to randomly guessing (just to get further) I have not been able to do so long streaks. So I can recommend thinking. And like Joseph I have memorized a lot of puzzles by doing them a lot.
I dont remember, I cleared my puzzle history shortly after they changed the approach to estimating the puzzle rating
